*What an AI credit is, and how to stop counting them

An AI credit is a fixed amount of money spent on AI: 1,000,000 credits is $2.00 of AI at the providers' published list prices. That never changes — not by model, not by plan, not by month. What varies is how far a credit goes, because the AI providers charge different rates for different models and for reading versus writing text. Your Usage page shows the whole calculation run on your own numbers, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

Every plan above covers a Health Check every week on every connected account with room left over for daily use of the assistant. Credits reset at the start of each month, including on annual plans.

The credit allowance covers AI running on our accounts. Connect your own provider key instead and you are billed by that provider directly, at their rates, with no monthly cap from us. Your plan's account limit and support level are unchanged.

Supported providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini) — plus local or self-hosted models that speak the OpenAI-compatible API.

  3. The lead lands in your workspace with their Health Check score. The detailed findings are theirs until they choose to share them with you — one click on their side — and then your first conversation starts from their books.
