4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data

When you submit a contact form, request a demo, or sign up for our newsletter, the information you provide is stored in our CRM system. This section describes how we handle CRM data:

  • What We Collect: Name, email, company name, phone number, and any additional details you submit (e.g., use case, organization size).
  • How We Use It:
    • To respond to inquiries and support requests
    • To send newsletters, product updates, or promotional emails if you have opted in
    • To assign account managers or sales representatives for follow-up
